Post Construction Cleaning

Framing Sweep

We sweep prior to drywall installation. We sweep and clean out all debris. Then put all trash in the designated trash bin.

Post Drywall Sweep

The entire house is swept following the drywall installation.

Rough & Window Cleans

Once water is available and following the painting of the home, we clean all bathrooms, kitchen and windows including the tracks and frames. We leave the protective floor covering on for now and sweep the top. Windows include all the glass, frames, and tracks.

Final Cleans

Once the house is completed, we remove the protective cardboard and clean the entire house. Touch up the inside windows. Re-clean the bathrooms and kitchen. Clean all surfaces including the top of outlets, fans and fixtures, then we clean the floor last.

Model, Spec, & Walk Cleans

When no additional work has been done, and only light traffic has been in the house we clean everything again like it’s the final clean.

Pressure washing

We pressure wash all the flat work and around the house. This includes the garage, sidewalk, and driveway area.

Handyman/Punch-out

We offer skilled punch out technicians to complete big or small projects. (4 hour minimum).

Disinfection Services

Protect visitors to your home or office. We use medical-grade green cleaning solutions to eliminate viruses, bacteria, fungus, and more. We follow all CDC recommended guidelines to keep you safe.

Rug & Carpet Cleaning

We professionally clean carpets with our van mounted industrial carpet cleaner. Our service utilizes professional steam cleaning tools to safely remove dirt, spots, excess water, and odors without any residue.

General Labor

We offer general labor services at competitive rates (4 hour minimum).
